My garage has officially been transformed into a mini-brewery! After the electrifying experience of running power under the house and getting my new all-in-one electric brewer online, I'm ready to dive headfirst into all-grain brewing. The only thing missing now is a chill in the air to help my yeast get cozy. Can't wait to see what magic I can conjure up with this new setup!

We had a great time watching water boil and swapping stories this Saturday morning. Best of all we made five Gallons of Forest Cow Stout and put it in the fermentor. Now comes the hard part, waiting 6 weeks for the beer to finish.
Our first happy hour was great! It was nice to meet neighbors we have seen, but haven't had the chance to get to know. It was also great to catch up with the others we have only seen while out snow blowing! I'm glad everyone was able to come over and enjoy a pint or two (or maybe three). We are looking forward to seeing everyone next month. BTW, it looks like Dorothy and the Dragon may need to be moved forward on the brewing rotation. 😁
